  can i acheive heatmap without extensions

if you installed qlikview desktop, usually in

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Examples\Documents

you can find "Data Visualization.qvw"; in tab Ratio there is an exampleof heatmap

But it want to show google map

for google map without extension there is a doc Step-by-Step Google Map API v3 integration

for map using extension in the last qlikview version 11.20 sr5, if i'm not wrong, you have two different extension for mapping, see here http://community.qlik.com/blogs/qlikviewdesignblog/2013/12/20/qlikview-112-sr5-and-maps
