Help Required on Trigger to select weeks

I have a column where week details are present in below format( coming from source) . No date info is present in source.

This column have week info only for last 3 and future 3 months

2014/34
2014/35
.
.
.
2015/15

My requirement is to select "current week , + 2 weeks and -2 weeks" by default when user opens a dashboard. I'm not sure how to implement this in document properties triggers.

Any suggestions will be greatly helpful !

you can add a Flag field called 'Week Number' where values ('Week 0','Week -1','Week - 2' etc...).

then on open, Trigger a Select Field action with your required week number values.
