Help aligning bars

Hi Qlixperts,

   I have a sheet with 6 horizontally aligned charts

mtd ytd acheivement and mtd ytd acheivement

Thats a rank tab so i have aligned first five ranks in one row ans 6 to ten on other row

now i am facing a serious formatting issue as below

Please help me to align this equals to first chart

You could adjust the size from chart outside and inside per mouse (inside: press on ctrl+shift and you will see red lines within the chart). If you couldn't adjust the size how you want you could try as an alternatively to use a straight table or a pivot with gauge- or mini-charts as expression.
