Help needed for list box selection

Hi,

My list box is having following values:

Undelivered

On Time

Late

Early

I have two buttons SELECT and DESELECT

IF I press SELECT then all values should be selected but if I press DESELECT then only On Time and Late should ne selected.

Pl guide me on the same.
