The item code that you mentioned has both hanginperiod 0 and 24

so whenever you calculating it will reflects to your count

In example file i have only two items but in real time scenario i have thousands of items which meats that criteria.

so i can't filter all those records by using NOT WildMatch.

I just filtered but you need to look into hanginperiod of your itemcode 

Because it has both 0 and 24 and confirm that you need 0 or 24
