Help needed in object making ( Trend Punch Card )

Following is the chart i want to make ( WEEKLY TREND PUNCH CARD)  , kindly help me to accomplish this task. thanks

Apparently it is a pivot table with dimensions Day (of the week) and Week (year-week), and with an expression with calculated background color.

Can't say much more from the picture, but it should be enough to start.
