Help with percentages !

HI Guys

Hoping someone can help me here

I've got this chart orders split by dimension region, what i wanted to do was to show orders by region as a percentage of that region.

Please see attached example.

It gets more complicated ! i wanted to have a drill down later on for the dimensions for both dimensions. Can anyone help me as I am so stuck !  I just cannot get it to work ive tried so many different things but it must be something i am doing wrong.
