I need help with sending out data from a report via e-mail automatically, if this is possible...
I will be creating a report that needs to be updated hourly. I will be using Qlikview Publisher to reload this report every hour automatically. The thing is, my clients want an e-mail sent to them every hour with the data from this report. I'm thinking excel format would be the best, but a pdf could work as well. I've searched the forums and some people are saying to wait for Qlikview 9.0 while some are offering macros which get me completely lost in how to implement them.
Does anyone have an idea how to do this? Possibly with instructions in laymen's terms. Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated!
