Hidden Script

Hi all,

I have some hidden script in my document, 21 tabs in total (all hidden). i created them so i obviously have the password. What i wanted to know is if there was an easy way to make all of the hidden script tabs unhidden.

i was hoping there would be a way i could export all of the hidden script to a text file then copy it all onto 1 tab, QlikView will then seperate the tabs out when i reopen it. but i can't find a way to export hidden script

Yes, a binary load only takes data not script.

As far as i know there is no way someone could get into the hidden scipt without the password. i thought the password could not be recovered what so ever or am i wrong?

christianj - Absolutely, Binary load will not fetch the hidden script or any script for that matter. I'm referring to the data security not the script security.

Hopkinsc -  As mentioned in the previous post. Hidden script passwords are hidden in the binary file (QVW). And this password is not encrypted rather just hidden. This is just an FYI and that you solely rely on Hidden Script as your security layer.

Cheers,

DV
