Hide Repeating Values

Screenshot.png

In a straight table like the one above is there a way to hide the information that is repeated like the Group Cd and Name to only show it once. This would help to highlight the information that actually changes on each line. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

Try making it a Pivot Table with the Always Fully Expanded option checked.

Hi,

This is how straight table works, if you want to display that values once then use Pivot table instead.

Bill,

This gives me another option for the look of the table. The expanding is what I hate about the pivot tables and this brings them back into play.

Thanks for your help.

Yup that Always Fully Expanded option can be most useful.
