Hi,
I have a pivot chart. The RowID column is there for a technical reason and not a functional need.
I have looked the Presentation tab and don't see anything which I might be able to use. How can
I hide this column?

Thanks!!

Correction: It's a table box not pivot chart.

		Hi Sydney,
i had such issue in the case with Pivot,
take a look: expand pivot via macro
i hope that resolves your issue

There is no way to hide a column in table box. You can only do this in straight table

Use a straight table as sunny has suggested, just uncheck the below on the presentation tab
suppress null
suppress missing

The reason I need the RowID is because the table box doesn't function properly without it. Here's the question I posted: Table box count not matching with database
Now that I got the table box counting correctly but they don't let you hide it.
This means my users have to see it.

OK, let me play around with the straight table. I don't have anything to calculate though. I simply want to show the data
as they appear in MSSQL to the users.
If it's table box. Then remove that field from table box. What is the problem to remove the field

If I remove it, I am LOSING lots of records when I export it to Excel.

A table box is a combination of list boxes. It is not a table, and it surely doesn't show the contents of a database table.
