Hide expansion icons in Pivot table

Hi,

Is it possible to hide expansion icons (+/-) for specific dimension in Pivot Table?

I have three dimensions and first two have 1-to-1 relationship (like Project Name and Project ID).

Keeping these expansion icons available is a bit confusing for my users.

Just checking if it possible to hide or disable them for the first dimension.

I would appreciate any suggestions.
