Hi Guys,

I have a requirement where the user should be able to see only one qvw file which will have link to other .qvw report files.

As per my understanding, to allow an user to access a report, it must be distributed to the user. If we distribute a report, it will be visible to the user on accesspoint.

Can anyone suggest some idea how I can distribute the report to a user but it won't be visible to him on accesspoint. It will be accessible only via the link on landing page.

you can use N-Printing for distributing reports to customized formats. Search for N Printing

Publish your other documents to a separate folder, and in QMC disable the "Browsable" flag for that folder?
