Hi,
this time I have an inquiry in the opposite direction.
In the SQL-Database there is one table with several fields but six fields (Add1 to Add6) create the Hierachy.
Add1 is parent from Add2, Add2 is parent from Add3, an so on.
How can I create a Hierarchy by defining that the Content of field add1 is always the parent of the Content from field Add2 and so on?
I like to solve this generally from the field properties (and not from the value that is written in this field).
Does anyone have a solution. I went through Henrics Hierachy pdf but did not understand everything 😞
Thanks for your help in advance.
Chris
Can you upload the qvw?
Can we try Drill Down option for same?
Hi,
please find attached the qvw.file.
The table above is just a straight table. the second table is a Pivot, which Shows also the Relations between the different add-fields.
