How do you create a listbox in horizonatl orientation (not vertical)

I have this:

But I want this:

You need to open the Presentation sheet on the List box Properties and untick the "single column" option, then reduce the height of the list box so the data will use the extra columns.

in list box properties -> uncheck the 'Single Column' option and check the 'fixed no of column ' then choose the no of columns you need.

after that re-size your list box horizontally .

Go to Presentation tab and uncheck all options . Later you need to stretch your list box in horizontally.

Disable Object Properties->Presentation->Single Column, then reduce the height of the listbox and optionally increase its width.

As a standard feature, you cannot put the caption to the left of the list. But you can disable the caption altogether (see Properties->Caption), and add a text box that is a simulation of the caption content and layout and position it close to the left border.

See the attached example, its' best used when there's a fairly limited number of values to display, e.g.months in a year
