How I can chage the Values on Data Points from horizontal to vertical?

Good Morning, I have my chart and when I check on Values on data Pionts the value are horizontal in my chart. I need  to put this in vertical to better undertand what is write.

Within the tab presentation is an option "vertical" by values within the chart available (left-mid from tab).
