Are you talking about the Recently Opened Files in the QlikView Desktop ?

If not then please clarify ?

Simple.

Use Windows Explorer to naviate to the subdirectory on drive 😧 where you relocated your QVW documents.

In Windows Explorer, double-click the qvw file you wish to open. Its new path will appear in the Recently Opened files overview automagically.

Other trick from inside QlikView Desktop: select File->Open from the main QV Desktop menu, and in the resulting dialog navigate to that same new 😧 subdirectory where your documents were placed. All QVW documents will appear in the file overview. Double-click the one you want to open. Again, the new location will automagically pop up in the Recently Opened files list.

Last trick (X-mas bonus): open QV Desktop, open Windows explorer (put them side-by-side) and in Explorer navigate to the new subdirectory. Drag-n-drop a QVW file from the Explorer list to the active QV Desktop window. Tada!

Best,

Peter

Hi Mazhar,

Drag and drop your QlikView document of QVW file. In future automatically set the path.
