QLIKAPP_CONVERTER: This QlikView can open old QlikView for applications files. This feature should not exist in any Customer LEFs. Obsolete. (Still relevant if you run a QlikView 7)

CREATE_EXECUTABLE: Can create QlikPaks / self-executable files

If enabled you will see an additional option in the Tools menu (see below).

A QlikPack is a self-contained QlikView document that includes the application and run-time. As a result the file will be fairly large. The recipient of the QlikPack will not need to have QlikView installed.

I do not think it is a standard option and is probably only available to a selected few.
