How a report can be standardized?

Few Questions:

I have created a report and I need to standardised which gets data from SQL Server 2008 R2.

What does exactly standardized means and how it can be accomplished?

What is data storage names means in Qlikview?

Do they refer to fields names?

Is there any concept of folder structure in Qlikview?

Please reply with some practical exampels if possible.
