How can I create smaller PDF files.

Dear fellow users,

Is there a way to create smaller PDF files? A report of 16 pages with a chart on each page will be 3MB big. Is there a function to have less MB's.

Don't use colours? Should cut down a big part of it - Just use patterns on your charts instead of colours and greyscale the document.

have you tried to zoom out pdf document to create smaller pdf file or other methods to process pdf file. search on web you will find a lot of solution for you.
