How can I help the User with instructions in the App?

Hi what is the best way to give the user instructions in the App? How do you do it? Are you giving the instructions via Help Text or via Tag Filed or Comment Field etc. ?

Hi,

There are different ways of showing instruction in any App.

1- Have a button to with HIDE & SHOW condition to important object with a text box to explain each object.

2- Have a page (sheet) with HIDE & SHOW condition explaining different section.

But there is not alway that much space to show the text boxes or buttons etc. Are there also some other possibliities?
