How can I remove old data from existing tables?

I am using Qlik View personal edition and my dashboard is connected to an oracle database. In my tables, one of the dimensions is customer name, and I have removed some customer names from my database, but they are still showing up on my table even after reloading the data. How can I fix this?

Try to use Where Exists function or use Incremental loads methods.
