Can I use 2 Y axis metrics for column chart?

BY column chart you mean - bar chart ?
You Have the ability in propertis, Axes tab, in Area - position - one set to the left and one to the right.

it gives you one Y axis for one Exp to the left and the other Y Axis Exp to the right.
