How can i make the sheet to show data greater than fy2016?

Hi,

I have some data for FY2011 to 2018.

And i have created a report on that.

And what i want now is in a particular sheet i want to show the results for data which is greater than FY2016.

How can i make the sheet to show data greater than fy2016.

i want this restriction to a particular sheet in a report??

Do you have a field that stores this FYYear? May be you want try on activate sheet trigger using sheet properties. Like

Change the Field name based on your originalfieldname.

Ctrl+Alt+S to open sheet properties and then set below

Triggers hinders the performance, rather go with other approaches.I have shown you 2 different approaches in the attached file.
