It looks like from sample data the last column Tempo Gasto contains the difference between 4th and 3rd columns. So, average on that should suffice. Also, it looks like the time format is hh:mm:ss.

Hence put your first column NOME in dimesion tab and in expression

1) change your 5th column to lower granuality, say minutes using:
