How do i connect qvw to ms sql in my QMC so it can refresh and pull new data

Hello,

I designed a qvw pulling its data from ms sql server and I want to move it to my QMC. I did a backup of my dbase to my server ms sql how to connect my qvw so it can seat on my ms server, so as to pull new data added to the sql server on refresh every 4hrs. How do I solve this
