Gauge charts only show one expression in its graphics, however you can create a straight table with 2 expression and change them to be a LED representation. You can change the orientation of the table by ticking the horizontal checkbox in the Presentation tab so that one expression is above the other.
In general, LED aren't easy on the eyes, so you can also just have the expressiones be text and change the background color to tell the user if the number is good or not.
