Yeah, I would recommend trying SR11, but note support for 12.10 track ends Nov 14th, about a month from now, so you guys are going to want to get updated before too long to ensure you have full support on things too.  Try SR11 on your machine if you can to see if that behaves as expected, if so, then I think we can confirm this as a defect in SR6.  Let me know if you have questions.

Here is link regarding 12.10 expiring:

Here is something I threw together the other day as well that should be helpful regarding move to one of the other releases:

Sorry the links are not hot, you can copy/paste and I think they should go live when you paste them.  The easiest move would be to 12.20 track, not much of a change between it and 12.10, but that only gets you another year of support, as that will expire next November.  Check out the What's New for starters on each release, that will give you an idea of how big a change things are...

Regards,
Brett

Here s the problem. In the Desktop version, I have created more than 10 states, but only first 10 states are visible under the clear state options. Please refer the snapshot.

Thanks,
Suman

Suman, would appear to be a bug in the version you are running, I tested things in 12.40 SR1 Desktop client and I see the following:

Alternate States dialog w/scrollbarAlternate States dialog w/scrollbar

I suspect the scrollbar is what you are missing?  If you are not running one of the following releases, that is where I would start before opening a case with us in Support:

11.20.13804 SR19

12.10.20900 SR11

12.20.21000 SR9

12.30.20300 SR3

12.40.20100 SR1

Let me know if I missed something, but I think I am on the right track...

I did also check a couple of sheet objects as well and I was able to see full list of items there, so if I am missing something here, leave me a screenshot, so I know exactly what I am trying to find where...

Hi Brett,

Currently, I am using QlikView 12.10 SR6. I am not sure about all the version details, but this is the only info I got from IT.

Thanks,

Suman
