Unless Qlik Sense is different from QlikView in this regard, and assuming we aren't talking about things like bar charts or pie charts, there's no explicit maximum that I'm aware of. However, memory usage can go up quickly with the number of dimensions and distinct values of those dimensions. It can also make little sense visually to be looking at a chart with 100 dimensions, say.
