How many ways are there to optimise any qlikview application?

How many ways are there to optimise any qlikview application?

I know the following:

1: Remove synthetic keys

2: Remove Circular references

3: Use Joins

Are there any more ways?

But i think, preceding load has some disadvantages also like we cannot use Order by clause in preceding load.
