How to Convert Thai Charater to English

Dear All,

I would like to ask you, how to convert thai character to english.

I have QlikView file that takes source from a text file, but the file contains text Cust_id and company names containing the character thai.

how to change the character thai to English by using Excel file as mapping files.

(I can not change the character of manually because the data is very much)

so QV will check the Cust_id, if match with excel file will convert to English name.
