How to add 'forgot password' link to login prompt?

Hi Community,  We have our qlikview accesspoint page set to always authenticate and uses ntname/password on the login prompt before letting people through to the index page with the qlikview documents.

Our network administrator recently setup a web page that users can go to, to reset their own password.

Is there a way for me to add a 'Forgot password' text/hyperlink below the username and password fields on the qlikview accesspoint login prompt?

Presently our network admin is fine-tuning the functionality and will send out a mass-email when he has it 100%.  But I think a link built into the login prompt would be a nice way to go so future people can help themselves without emailing me and the network admin for the url to the password reset page.

It is not possible to change / add button to inbuilt GUI of accesspoint.

But , If we want to do similar thing for forgetting the password we can do something like this below.
