How to add new dimension at pivot table

Hi

Could Anyone have an idea why I can't add new dimension at a pivot table using web version. The "+" sign which is used to add dimension is inactive, like in attach.

i'm not entirely sure but do you know if the application has section access enabled? are you logging in as admin?

Ho thing you are using@ Access point

and you dont have access to do this.

you can clone the object and try add using same way in your image
