How to add specific comments in a one column which is refered to as findings!

Hi,

I need to add what ever findings that are given as variables for each Branch, each person & for each month in a single column which is to be named as findings. As a new Month arrives the findings are updated as variables & the expression to be further built up to includes the same. This is to be continued.

Please suggest an expression to includes all. variables are updated & the expression to be updated simultaniously.

Few variables are updated already

Where you will enter the comments ? if its in a variable then how you will map it to the BRANCH

Yes, the next column to be named as Comments column & every Month the comments made as a variable to be brought in to this column.

Dear,

I need to maintain one column to state the findings by each inspections done by different persons.Instead adding them in separate columns,how this could be made in a one column always. If the findings of the inspections could be arranged as variables or otherwise, I don't mind but the expression can be shown to me to incorporate them is what I need!

it seems to be the simmilar case as here What is the expression to be used in making some reasons for " Late visit".
