How to assign a date and month for the additional excel sheets loaded?

For example i have a excel sheet which contains January month data.. the excel follows the same field names. but i have to load every month data ....... and also i should assign for example if jan month is loaded i have to assign the date Jan 2016 , if its feb then feb 2016 so on..... this particular field should be added every time when i load new excel sheet? could anyone help ?
