How to build google maps with this data

Hi,

Can any one please correct this error in google map? Its showing points in the map when there is a data for Langitude and Latitude.

But When there is no data its showing an error (/staticmaperror) instead of showing that data in not availalbe.

I attached sample application. Please help on this.
