How to change Personal Edition of QV?

Hi,

Due to Personal Edition I can't open someone's else files, or if I do the content is missing.

What can I do?

The Personal Edition is not allowed to open documents from other people.

To change that, get a licensed version.

Buy a local license, or lease a Named CAL from a QlikView server.

Note that not all documents are out of reach for PE users. Some - especially the Qlik demo documents - contain an embedded license that allows them to be opened by PE Desktops.

Hi,

You are not allowed to open the files created by others or in other machine if you have Personal license, to overcome this issue you have lease license from Qlikview Server if any.
