How to change stackedbar chart y axis to 100%

Hi All,

I am using a stacked bar chart but the percent is only coming till 10%.

When I used the following formula :

Sum([approved]) /Sum (TOTAL <[MonthYear]> [approved]). Note monthYear is my calculated dimension

the total percentage is reducing to 8%,where am I going wrong
