How to change the colour of columns row in table box?

Hi,

Would it be possible to change the colour of columns row in table box. Can anyone suggest me please?

Please see attached as I need to change the colour of highlighted row into Yellow with column names remain in black. so that when I send to excel the columns row should appear in yellow with column names remain in black  as I don't want to highlight every time in excel sheets.

Hi,

right click on any one of the column header, select "Custom Format Cell" you will get an option to change the bakground color,text color etc.

If you dont see that option, Go to Settings --> User Preferences -->  DEsign -->select the check box Always show design menu items.
