How to compare different customers from same table?

Hi

I am new to QlikView. I have a table with columns - Customer ID, Date-time, Appliance name and Hourly Power consumption. I want two graphs(one for each of two selected consumers) to compare the power consumption of appliances. The problem is that I am not able to select two separate consumers for each graph. Even if I use two lists of customers I am able to select one consumer only and two graphs are same.

Please help and let me know if need to put more clarity to my problem

If you´re using version 11 you can use "Alternate States" to do that

wouldn`t be better to show only 1 graph and select 2 customers, to show 2 bars(if it`s a bar graph) ?

I have attached a sample application using set analysis to create the two charts.

We are still on QV10, therefore, I cannot use Alternate States.

I hope this helps.

John.

thanks for your reply.

My X-Axis is Time and Y-Axis is power consumption by different appliances. It is line graph where every line represents one appliance. As per your suggestion I need to make my X-axis as Customer ID but it is not the case, X-Axis is time like days of month
