What is the type of your DataBase ?

Maybe MySQL ?

Hi,

by default, Sugar CRM uses a MySQL database so you just need to install the odbc driver. You can download it from here:

dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/odbc/

If your sugar crm uses another database you'll need to get the corresponding connector,
