How to convert bar chart that has numbers to percentages?

Have the following values that I have created into a bar chart

Country	Headcount
US	15
France	11
UK	8
India	21
Germany	4
Sweden	3

But want to convert the chart into percentage, meaning:

Country	Headcount
US	24%
France	18%
UK	13%
India	34%
Germany	6%
Sweden	5%

Please help.

Your expression - sum(Headcount)/sum(TOTAL(Headcount))

then go to number tab, and select as shown in screenshot
