How to create google map in qlikview

Hello,

I am trying to create google map using the attached data. I have added logitude and latitude values to the excel sheet but still nothing is showing up. Kindly help me to create it.

Hi Ayesha,

you didn't include the Lat & long values of Issues, try reload with the corresponding values into your table.

And if you followed all the necessary steps from the API guide, your map should be sorted

Hi Ayesha,

I created a table of Countries with Long & Lat from you Issues sheet(excel) and load it in Qlikview.

You can Load Issues Table and link it to Country to be able to sum(Issues) in your Map.

Pretty much all the maps i've seen implement with a Location type Dimension(City.Town,Country, etc...), one that will be tied to a geolocation. Your example was using Product code, If you want to show count of distinct Product issues  per country, you might want to add listbox of products, or Issues to be able to make a distinct analysis on your map visual.

as for the background map, you still havent added the code in chart properties>>Color>>Dynamic Image.
