How to define week numbers

I would like to define my week nos fo my sales, so that if invoice date is between certain dates in the attached csv file, the sales are reported in relevant week eg invoice date 28/12/2015 as week 1.

You could use week([invoice date]) and if it's not exactly fits to your requirement you implement a small offset or an adjustment with a if-loop.

I currently load the invoice date from Database, so do i need to load the csv to Qlik?

My suggestion is unrelated to from where the data are coming from. If you could access your database directly from qlikview you didn't need the detour to the csv.
