HI Helen,

In QMC > Status > Tasks, expand the tree and click in the task's Edit icon. It will open a window with the document properties. Select the Reload tab and check the 'None' option. Click the Apply button. Done!

Hello

Thank you for your response

Should the task then dissapear from the list?  Because my list remains the same

Also, do you know of any reason why my documents may not be refreshing once scheduled?

Thanks

Helen

Helen,

what exactly do you mean by documents not refreshing? In QMC > Status > Tasks pane, at the lower right corner there is an option to automatically refresh (5 seconds interval) the task list...

Sometimes it takes a few seconds for the modifications to be reflected in this pane... Hitting F5 may help...

Hello

Thank you for your help

I have pressed F5 and for some reason the documents which I have selected to None are still showing under Status-Tasks and I wanted them to dissapear from view

In addition

I have now cleared the documents I have deleted as instructed and now....

Under Documents I have scheduled a document to run every 5 minutes and have seleted apply.  For some reason the document is not running?

Has this ever happened to you?

Thanks

Helen

Hi Helen!

Did you make sure, that the source files of these documents still exist in the application folder with exactly the same filename?

I had a similar problem once, because I deleted an old file version before setting the reload-parameter to "none". As a result the task remained in the list (but incative) until I recreated a file with the correct name and undid the reload assignement exactly step by step.

To your second point:

Sometimes pressing "apply" doesn't work for me either. In this case, choosing "run" direclty on the task (right mouse button) helps. This is only necessary for the first time, afterwards the reload settings work for me.

Greetings
