Can anyone know how to deselect the object in sheet level?

If I guess right what you mean "deselect" an object - click on the sheet background or on any other object.
All the Sheets Objects are deslected,
Mean to say when ever we are copying the object there is no option copy object it's deselected.....
in document properties (ALT+CTRL+D) under security tab check 'Admin override security' checkbox and try .

if you want to restrict copy the object.
you can set these properties
Layout option is deselected only Chandel. Still i didn't get........

Right click on sheet->Properties
