New developer here... I know the basics but need some help on this one.
We have a file with data for 2 months for now, eventually will add months. Some months the item (ID) will remain unchanged so the Status is the same. Other months the item (ID) will be retired and the Status is updated to reflect this.
I would like to know how in my application to count the number of rows that have had an ID's Status change for this month from the prior month.
