How to display 25 records in each page in PDF

I'm creating PDF file for huge data set.But currently problem is,it is displaying all records in single page.But Iwant to display 25 records in each page.

how to achive in Qlik PDF

Hi Ganesh,

if you create the report as a multi page rather than a single page then the results will roll over for you.
Don't think you can specify 25 rows exactly though, can maybe try reducing the size of the object in the report so that only that many are able to fit and then the multipage automatically rolls that amount over for you

Actually,I have createdd Straight Table whihc is showing 5000 records,when I created PDF O/P ..it is looking clumging kind of measn it is not readable.
SO I think..if display 25 records in each page..it's look good.

please help me how achive this.

Please see attached, if you create the report using a multipage, it means a long chart will roll over on to more than one page.

only way is to adjusting font size..or adjusting row size.. by trail and error method u can fix 25 rows..

else there is no such control to fix the row count..

the Straight Table contain 30 Column and 5000 rows.

how it showuld be diplay in A4 size paper in PDF format whith readable format.
