How to display the top N in a straight table

Hi,

I have a table with 9 rows of data but I would like to display only the top 3.  Is there a simple piece of code for this?  I also have another table that I would like to show the bottom 3.  Thanks in advance.

Have'nt you tried by checking the "Max Number(1-100)" check box in Presentation tab in strainght table to 3 to display only the top 3 rows...,

Not sure about your scenario,but it will work to display  🙂

checking the "Max Number(1-100)"  does not seem to be available for a Table Box

@davieedw - also remember to sort Ascending for Top x and Descending for bottom x when using the "Max Number 1-100) option.
