How to do a year on year comparison for cumulative months number?

Hi,

What formula should I use to calculate the year on year growth figures for cumulative months?

ie.

Jan13 vs Jan12

Jan13+Feb13 vs Jan12+Feb12 (cumulative)

Jan13+Feb13+Mar13 vs Jan12+Feb12+Mar12 (cumulative)

etc.

Hi Kaushik,

Thanks for yr quick reply! Besides 'Total', how do I also display out the cumulative figure of 'A', 'B' and 'C' values? Previously I had used the range sum function to calculate year to date figures. How do I do a subtraction of Jan-Apr13 figures from Jan-Apr12 figures for a year on year comparison?
